Wolf is almost as old as some of the examples you have cited, maybe trade him. Flames don’t have a lot of 25-30 year olds that you have cited to trade and the ones they had (Hanifin, Mangiapane, Zadorov, Lindholm) they have already traded. Options in the age range you have cited are - Rasmus, Bahl, Farabee, Frost, bean, Sharangovich, Pachal). Suspect they will trade a few of them in the next couple years.
