Okay, but while the bolded statement is true, you are much less likely to hit a homerun with the 20th pick than the 1st, so you're literally strategizing against your own goals.
This is an example of why I said it was contradictory and insulting. Any of the statements, on their own, are fine, but the message in the aggregate, was confused, inconsistent, and insulting.

Which takes us back to why you don't send him out.
It's hard to hold a logic train between things you believe and know are true, and things you're allowed and not allowed to say.
