Yep. This is why you need pure volume.
18 picks in the last two drafts, plus they traded for some prospects as well.
Need to keep doing that year after year until the roster is just bursting with talented young homegrown players. Some that you thought would be there won't be, and some will come out of nowhere and surprise. And once you have an overabundance of these players you can lock some of them up as your core going forward, and others you can flip for yet more picks and prospects. Keep that cycle going, even through contention.
