EXACTLY how I feel.
The first piece just seemed like a marketing misstep from an old man.
But this was insulting, contradictory, inconsistent, tonedeaf, and misguided. And they had time to prepare! I will be sending a note to my rep- they need to do something clear and positive to fix this. And if big changes haven't happened by the deadline, I'm out.
