Well he would have been better saying nothing.
It was a bubbling mess that didn't inspire confidence. I found the fact he said re-build and then corrected himself funny, but it also rightly showed the silliness of the org to avoid the word publicly.
And it could also have been interpreted to be a sign that the organization still lacks decisive direction.
It wasn't a clear or confident message.
So that left everyone to interpret it in their own way.
Just an unforced error. Ultimately I don't take much from it. I just think it was a mess and really poorly done.
