No one is offering up top line players on waivers. So I guess that’s one reason Flames haven’t claimed any. Haha
We still have not drafted those types players, or if we have it’s too early to slot them in.
Flames are picking up low cost guys to fill roles they don’t think they have players for. It’s easy to tweak the bottom end while Flames chase bigger trades. This means they think some of the Wranglers project higher than that. Isn’t that a good thing?
When vets are gone, we’ll want to have some guys with at least a little bit of experience.
Wait until the trades happen (or don’t happen) before getting too upset.
In the meantime there are plenty of bad coaching decisions to bitch about.
