It’s not a power trip . If your employer doesn’t respect your direction or oversteps you - anyone gets sick of it
Let’s see what happens over the next 5 months . Will be very telling either way. I don’t think it’s an issue - but it is a bit “weird” to have a unsigned GM in what seems like a clear rebuild path and a GM who has been executing a rebuild
