I don’t think so as far as releasing the files. Under Obama the files were sealed by the court, I believe in 2008 after Acosta cut a plea deal with Epstein. Under Biden the files were sealed as there was an ongoing investigation into Maxwell and Epstein via the DOJ, which was still active up until Trump assumed office of this year. You can’t release evidence during an ongoing investigation.
As far as who is in the files, for sure there’s going to be people from both parties.
