Every GM makes bad moves. Too many variables that can change things in a hurry and are out of a GM's control. Need to give him time to execute his plan.

Contract wise, Connie signed Sharangovich to a $5M a year deal. I can't think of any other bad contracts he's signed so far.
In comparison, how much money did Tre sign away on bad contracts? Neal / Lucic, Brouwer, and (in hindsight) Huberdeau to just name the most egregious.
