Completely anecdotal but I was friends with a guy who worked at the CRA and ended up out in Ottawa enough to own a property in the area for a place to stay. While he wouldn't ever have to work directly with the government he would often end up in circles with people that did or on social situations where he would be dealing with sitting MPs.
He said no matter how divisive things seemed, a lot of these people were still very friendly with each other off camera and away from the HoC, including higher ranking members of all parties both elected and staff. Except when it came to Pollievre. The general disdain that people appeared to have when speaking about or to him was real. He is not liked and despite being in Parliament for so long has next to no friends, even in his own party. No one defends him, no one makes excuses for him, they just plain don't like him.
