I think as time goes on the NFL may begin to eclipse the CFL more and more in Canada, as alot of the younger generation seems to be more geared to the American game. As these older CFL fans disappear, there doesn't seem to be enough younger fans to replace them with. I can't remember where I read this, but last year one CFL exec. mentioned he felt the league has lost an entire generation of fans to the NFL game. I believe it.
