I agree about Eric Johnson, I think that is hands down our most underrated pickup of the offseason. I saw he had close to 900 yards in '04 before having injury problems the past couple years. There are just so many weapons on that Saints offence, I'm chomping at the bit for September 6th.
One guy I'm excited about getting a look at is Usama Young, the corner we took in the 3rd round out of Kent State. Sounds like a big, physical corner who also has the speed to keep up with quicker receivers, and reports say he's been turning heads in Saints camp so far. He wasn't even invited to the Combine but may turn out to be a steal(though I'll reserve judgement on that so far, I remember all the New Orleans scribes fawning over Mike Hass at this time last year and look how that turned out).
Of course I think Jason David will end up as the #2 CB when the regular season opens, but the Saints may have found their #1 corner of the future in Young to eventually replace McKenzie.
