Had a very heavy gluten day yesterday. Work function, couple beers and pretzel bites aplenty. My arms were on fire last night and guts not good today. I google DM'd gluten arm rash and its the exact thing.
Doctor not helping, some creme that doesn't do anything, blood tests every couple weeks for pretty much a year.
How does it usually present itself?

Important to note that celiac is not an allergy, but an auto-immune disease, so the symptoms you're looking for are a little bit different.
I was diagnosed at 30 after a year or so of intestinal discomfort. Shortly after I was diagnosed, my mom was diagnosed at 51. There is about a 10% chance that my kids will be celiac.
Ask for blood tests (tTG/IgA) and a referral to a gastrointestinal specialist if those tests come back positive. I saw Dr. Stinton, her office is in Aspen but she works out of Rockyview and does mostly everything by phone.
