Anyone know any way to contact a forum administrator when you're not a registered member? I've tried email...which gets sent back...can't PM anyone, etc, etc.
I'm trying to sign up to this forum..

And it gives me the 'forum administrator is not accepting any new registrations at the moment. Ugh! Anyone help?
