the Smith government says Deerfoot Trail going through the city of Calgary will be excluded from the speed limit hike.
The ring roads in both Calgary and Edmonton are also no-go for the speed limit increase. Dreeshen says those roads have high-volume traffic with a lot of on-off ramps.
