The question was specifically about the success ("success"). The MVP and driving force behind that was a goalie put up a generationally excellent rookie season.

Those players had success. But wasn't the point that Huska coaches low scoring, safe hockey? Yet those players (and others like Coleman) had more offence.
Of course Wolf was a factor in overall standings.
