I think one thing to keep in mind here when getting to the signiture phase is that there will be people who support teachers being legislated back to work. The key here is not to argue against that but instead to accept it and explain that it is very reasonable to think that but where the UCP crossed the line was using the notwithstanding clause to remove rights instead of legislating back to work through normal means and going to binding arbitration.

The issue is the gross overstepping and abuse of powers and suspension of rights when there were viable other options. So not debating people about teachers or wages or vacation is important.
