Rich people from Massachusetts -- including RFK Jr. himself -- have been very vocal opponents of offshore wind farms in Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard because they think it ruins the view from their coastal mansions. Trump has also opposed offshore wind farms near one of his golf courses in Scotland. They're not doing this because of any perceived health issues. This is nothing more than NIMBYism by the 0.1%.

Proponents suggested that some opposition was motivated in part by ownership of real-estate on Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard or the mainland and that it raised issues of environmental justice. Robert F. Kennedy Jr., whose family's Kennedy Compound is within sight of the proposed wind farm, wrote an essay for the New York Times stating his support for wind power in general, but opposing the project.[63] However, this did not represent the view of most Massachusetts citizens: in a 2005 survey, 81% of adults supported the project, 61% of Cape Cod residents supported it, and 14% of adults opposed it.[64]

When Trump bought the Menie estate, about eight miles north of Aberdeen, in 2006, he promised to create the "world's greatest" golf course.
But he soon became infuriated at plans to construct an offshore wind farm nearby, arguing that the "windmills" - as he prefers to call the structures - would ruin the view.
The Aberdeen Bay Wind Farm contained the world's most powerful turbines when they were built in 2018.
They generate enough electricity to supply up to 80,000 homes but the wind farm was also built as a test and demonstration facility for new technology.
Trump battled the plans through the Scottish courts, then appealed to the UK's Supreme Court - but he was unable to stop the "monsters" from going ahead.
It clearly left him smarting and he's not had a good word to say about wind power since.
