They definitely will pick up a few more wins playing like they did last night, but they are far from a juggernaut and still are a non-playoff team that is for sure.

Agreed. People talking about playoffs after their first win in 8 is wild. But as a former team "just get in" member, if it helps you enjoy the games more then all the power to you I guess.
It also doesn't matter if bubble teams are on a lower than usual pace presently. The pace was lower early in the season last year too (we were talking about 92 or 93 points being enough to get in), but teams always pick it up down the stretch and that playoff line number comes up to what you'd typically expect.
