And now for the next daily installment of yummy things from Biff's barbecue which were NOT eaten by Azure. Today was Infrared Rotisserie Roast Beef and baked potatoes. Worked well, with a nice flavour and quite moist and juicy but a bit overdone on the outside. The infrared burner may need to be turned down next time. The roast cooked in 2.5 hours and the roast probably was done as much as 15 - 20 minutes earlier. Further experiments will need to be undertaken.
