Ya, but I don't get why it ends up like this. Why don't they have a "curb repair crew" that makes a day by day plan for an area, go in, tear it up, crib it, pour it, and move on to the next one? Why send the tear up crew around to 100 different places when everything else is way behind? This just doesn't seem all that complicated, so perhaps there is a good reason, but I can't think of one.
