Not "please report any uncomfortable interactions" just "if you choose to talk about it" which is basically an assumption that stuff happens, and it's up to a child to decide if they want to talk. Top notch stuff. And if you do, here, call our hotline so we can work to protect the offenders.

The conversation regarding abuse within the church should begin and end with "call the police". It's absolutely insane somebody would go to the organization that has everything to gain and nothing to lose by minimizing and burying their own illegal activity. How dumb do you have to be to go to the church about abuse committed by the church? Nucking futs.
