12 is still a toss-up with only 4 votes separating the leaders at this point. Otherwise, 1 and 9 could still change, but the rest look pretty settled.
I don't know enough about most of the candidates to make a judgement call, but the changes in 4 and 7 are certainly welcome.

I live in 9 and voted for Clark. I don't think he'll be a big change from Carra in terms of how he votes. If Gar comes back to win, I wouldn't be too upset with him either.
