All they can do is hammer on the provincial government to provide an end-to-end solution that the City can utilize. Everything available to the City and CPS is effectively a half-measure that lands at a revolving door (or the morgue) and appears fully endorsed by the province. You want the streets cleaned up? So do I, so stop voting for the f-cking UCP.
