Here's my issue: Brand new computer, working fine until today (It's a week old,) when I tried to put a DVD in the player. Doesn't read. Check my device manager and this is what it says:

Check the driver and it says that it has the driver and the driver is fine. So what the heck is going on? Do I need to take it back?
