I barbecued really yummy pork chops tonight. Center cut boneless. Rubbed in some Montreal Steak Spice. Cooked on Medium-high heat for about 8 minutes flipping every 2.5 minutes. Let 'em rest for 5 minutes and then dug in. Unbelievely moist and flavorful. Mmmmmmm.
