I think the more apt comparison for what you're hoping he can be at the top end is probably more Patrice Bergeron (6'1", 196) or Brayden Point (5'11")
Stylistically they were less reliant on physical attributes but more leveraged their skating and work ethic and were more cerebral as players.
That's what Reschny has to emulate.
