Standard 1st party Sony sequel this generation. TLOU2 is the last Sony 1st party sequel where they took a bit of a risk but since then it's been color by numbers. The Sony 1st party formula has become a little stale as they all feel like extensions of the same game rather than sequels. That said I can understand that the executives and bean counters are probably pretty risk averse when it comes to new ideas or changes to popular sequels so the developers likely aren't able to be nearly as creative as they would like to be. I'm sure Yotei will sell very well so mission accomplished for Sony but it's getting a little harder to get excited for these games.
