Ya, I keep coming back to my last proposition which was booed down pretty quick.
Andersson (50%) + Huberdeau (20%) + LW prospect (Stromgren?)
for
Robertson + Bischel + Lyubushkin
Stars get a cost controlled first line LWer with 6 years of control who just put up a 28 goal season and will probably put up a lot more points on a stacked Stars team along with a top 4 RD who can help address the gap in the Stars D group. Stromgren (or whoever we need to put in that LW prospect spot) will likely get a chance in the NHL immediately to see if they can take the #2LW spot.
Also, the Stars get over $20M in cap space between the retention of $2M per year for 6 years of Huberdeau, $2.4M for 1 year of Andersson, and the cap dump of $3.25M for 2 years of Lyubushkin. Because of the amount of money the Flames are gifting the Stars, I do not think a better LW prospect is needed. Having a cost controlled Huberdeau would also give the Stars enough cap space to extend Andersson, Harley, Lundvkist, and Bourque (unless Bourque has a massive breakout year).
Flames get Robertson and Bischel (and have to figure out what to do with Lyubushkin for 2 years).
Depending on how you view the value of the $20M in cap space I think it balances pretty well.
