The only vets that are still on the team from when Conroy started are the ones with NMC/NTC. Expecting him to trade those players is a failing on your part, not on Conroy's.

Every player Conroy traded except one was on an expiring deal. Many only after failed attempts an an extension. The one player that wasn't a pending UFA was due to the three goalie situation.
All lf that was done in Conroy's first season. He has made one trade in the last 15 months and the Flames have NEVER been open for business under Conroy.
Agree or disagree with the direction. But the Flames have not intentionally been rebuilding. Yes Conroy was busy in his first year, but he had little choice due to the expiring contracts and goalie situation.
