Tonight, while I watched the football game, I rolled $100.00 worth of pennies, $100.00 worth of dimes and 50 bucks worth of nickels. I feel sorry for my back teller tommorrow.

I keep going to back to the figure of $372.00 per month in savings to help me through.

Everytime I have a craving, I have a glass of ice cold water. I've probably drank 15 litres of water today.

13 more days.
Congrats on trying in the first place - I've never smoked but both parents did all thru the years I lived at home.

My mom quit almost 15yrs ago tho and she said it went in 3's - first 3 days were awful, once she got past 3wks it got easier and after 3months she knew she'd never smoke again. She says she still craves it once in a while but the constant need and desire went away almost entirely after the 3rd month - now she just misses having something to do after....um.....certain activities or when out on the town.

Best of luck - remember how good you'll feel once the withdrawal goes away, how good food will start to taste and how you won't have to go outside of bars every little while now for a puff cuz you can't smoke in them anymore.
