I mean, I guess you answered your own question. Every other restaurant in the world knows you need more than a microwave to make a good meal, so I'd probably start with some basic kitchen appliances like what I had in my basement suite of the 1950s dump I rented 30 years ago. Like...I'm certain they've heard of stoves, ovens and deep fryers (yeah, I had a deep fryer).
