The maximum return would have been last trade deadline. If Conroy wasn’t listening and considering offers than that is poor asset management. The job is to build a contender, not a team that barely makes it to the playoffs. I have low expectations for Andersson’s return in trade now, very late 1st and B prospect is the best we will see. I understand he was trying to reward the team, but that deviates from the job.
