If someone has a masters degree in, say, psychology, can they get credit for, say, two years if they go into education? Wouid the end result be a BEd degree or a Ed diploma?

I have what's known as a "BEd after". I have a first degree (BMus) and it took an equivalent of 2 years to get the Ed degree. It helped that my BMus was aimed at being a music teacher. In fact, I was certified and could teach with a BMus plus about a year of teaching courses. But I got the full Ed after.
