Its been holding water in the brine tank for a while now and when I checked it today the water was exactly at the top and had likely been spilling over (even though the floor was dry).
Its a Pentair model and my youtube sleuthing hasn't directed me to any videos showing the same one and directions on things to check demonstrated on other models don't match up.
Is my best option a plumber... or is there a more appropriate professional? I live 2 miles outside the city limits (towards Priddis) so they frequently want to upcharge me. But i don't have an issue with paying for help.
Anyone have recommendations of a good guy to call (preferably based towards the SW corner of the city)?

Mine does that on occasion, is it flashing any kind of error code on the digital display? When mine does it I have to power cycle the control unit, then manually run a full regeneration cycle and it clears up in 20-30 minutes. My softener is a WaterBoss, but I'm guessing they're all pretty similar in how they function
