Speaking of lying politicians, there is a petition in the House of Commons (
Petition E-6679) specifically calling for accountability and ethics in government and to stop politicians from lying. It already has over 30,000 signatures and, truly, it should be a unifying petition as everyone (should) want their politicians to be responsible with their words.
