Some of the reactions in here regarding Parekh... this is a perfect example of how Canadian fans are way too impatient.
The guy has a tough shift, in pre-season, and people are talking about sending him back to the CHL. Defense is hard, and takes time. He is going to be making egregious mistakes, regularly, for the next several years. Get used to it, as it is part of the process.
But he absolutely DOES NOT need to go back to the CHL, where everything is easy for him and he can simply free wheel against a bunch of kids. Nothing to learn from that, at all.
