Bourque is more likely to move as he will need to be signed at the same time as Robertson and Harley. But he could be bridged.

Stars are in win now mode, so having good players on ELCs will help them win now. It's similar to why they would pay more to have a team retain salary, to win now.

Bischel has 2 years left, as the cap goes up he can be signed. Also, he is young enough to be bridged. Bridge contracts are the way to go for elite teams. Stars can keep him and Bourque cheap for 3-5 years.
