Coleman would likely very easily sell Andersson on how good the city/area is as that's his home town.
I think Dallas has a lot to offer, and I don't believe Bischel would be off the table at all but they could get pretty creative.
Either way, from the Flames perspective you take the best offer no matter where the landing spot is.

I like that from Dallas's perspective, they wouldnt need to sign Ras to have the deal make sense. If you add Ras (50% retained) to that Dallas roster, they're instantly cup favorites this year.
They're basically trading a #6 defenseman in Bischel for a #2a/#3 defenseman in Ras, and putting that defenseman in the #4 role. As a right-handed shot, he also fills that need for Dallas. And I get that Bischel has upside (maybe to a #3/#4), which is why it makes sense for Calgary. But his limited upside also mitigates risk for Dallas. They're not trading a stud.
Adding Coleman would be icing on the cake, but their top-9 is already pretty incredible.
