I don't know, just the eye test. He looked like he was making smart plays all over the ice and trying. And there were several people throughout the thread that singled him out as one of the positives during the game as well.
I don't really care about +/- when our goalies are letting in muffins from the side boards all night.
It's also one preseason game in which almost all of the vets were absolutely brutal. I'm not too surprised with the results though, because last year Wolf completely hid how bad the roster was talent wise by stealing so many games. And he likely will have to continue that this year.
