Yes, the Supreme Court gave a stay to 1) decide if they will
even hear the case and 2) if they decide to hear the case, provide a ruling. And in all likelihood, the outcome will be the same as what the lower courts have already stated.
Both the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal have
sided with the CFIA.
