Their responsibility was to report the bird flu to CIFA. They failed. Why do you think that reporting requirement shouldn’t apply to that farm.

I fully understand how bird flu is spread. I also know that there is zero chance that any remaining ostrich has it. You can't stop Avian Flu currently, it's everywhere. You would literally have to kill off all avian wildlife to stop it. Governments should be putting money into finding a way to introduce a vaccine but they won't spend money on that.
