Whelp, finally happened to me. My van got rear ended by an suv. I've submitted my claim through insurance. The app determined that I would not be at fault since I got rear ended.
Mostly just posting here to vent.
Thank goodness my wife and 5 year old seem to be fine. Sucks that we won't have a vehicle for the weekend.
I guess I'm also posting to see if anyone else has anything that I might have missed that isn't obvious. We exchanged info (drivers license, insurance, I took pictures of their SUV and my van). I don't we have whiplash. But I've heard that sometimes it doesn't manifest till later.
Anything else I might have to keep in mind?
