I'm leaning more towards blowing a wad of cash on green beans to roast vs an expensive grinder. Single origin is selling many varieties of 10kg boxes for around $220-260, but I saw something where it seems that 1KG options are closer to just dropping a zero vs paying 10-30% more per KG like other websites.
I wish I could check them out on the weekend though, but they're not open. Only open for limited hours on weekdays.
