Based on what I read about these, it seems like the Bathys MG are attempting the ethos of what the B&W Px8 is trying to do (overall balance), but also incorporate the music performance of the Momentum 4 and the ANC of the MX5.
Metal usage is magnesium and there's supposedly a built in DAC. I saw some honest reviews saying they basically fight at around a $700 wired headphone level of performance but cost nearly double. I don't know the accuracy of that, but based on the wording vs typical audiophile verbiage, it seems like a reasonable thing to say.
Personally not the price point I'd want to spend that kind of money on wireless headphones, especially since IMO there will be some quiet upgrades to wireless sound codecs in the next 3-5 years. But what I read about these also makes it seems like they're relatively respectable quality wireless headphones for their price point.
