Say you want a 3 minute cook. Used to be 1 button, pushed 3 times. Now it is 6 buttons pressed, but can do it quicker by press 3:00 on the pad which is 3 buttons.
I know this is a totally minor gear grinder but it just makes me laugh. New model has so many crazy signs of cost cutting it's comical and the power cord is right in the middle of the unit at it's longest depth as opposed to a side where you can maximize counter/shelf space.

I totally press the 30 second button 6 times and have never even considered putting in 3:00.
