At the very least, it seems to me quite evident he's taking it to July 1. He (and his family
) knows exactly what Edmonton has to offer. The only reason not to sign is because you want to see what the other 31 teams have to offer. Or, 1 team, if Toronto is in fact the ultimate goal.
