The last time I was in China I got nailed for browsing the internet. I was on for maybe an hour, sent some text messages, made a few calls, and was rewarded with a $700 phone bill the next month.
Can anyone elaborate on the wifi cell phones? That's pretty interesting. What phone and network are you using?
