It's like a broken record. They do have some legit injury prone players but some of this has to come down to strength and conditioning as well as how they run training camp vs other teams. Also they still have the same strength & conditioning coach going back to 2017. Not only that, they recently promoted him to vice president of player health and performance. He may be doing a fine job (49ers seem to think so) and the injuries aren't solely on him but ff I was running the team I would have hired someone different if only to see if a different approach could yield better results as the status quo isn't working. Some blame Shanahan for how he runs training camp. Certainly bad luck is involved but when it happens year after year after year I think you need to employ a "leave no stone unturned approach" because there's something they are doing that's leading them to be more injury riddled than the rest of the league.
