If there was no leakage I dont think there was a mandatory waiting time...but its been a while since I looked into it

I grew up in Acadia so I just noticed as those Gas Stations were going down, those lots remained vacant for significant periods of time, but yeah, I just thought that was part of the process, I dont know what the actual mandated rules are.
